LUBBOCK, TX — Lubbock’s biggest Independence Day tradition is back!
Civic Lubbock, Inc., with several other partners, is gearing up to host the 2025 4th on Broadway celebration on Friday, July 4. The event continues a 34-year legacy started by Broadway Festivals Inc., offering free, family-friendly fun for all ages.

The day kicks off with the annual 4th on Broadway parade, sponsored by H-E-B and organized by Los Hermanos Familia and the Military Order of the Purple Heart. The parade will begin at 9:45 a.m. at First Baptist Church, then head east down Broadway, ending at the South Plains Fairgrounds parking lot just past Avenue A.
