LUBBOCK, TX — The Lubbock Public Library is hosting a variety of free events for all ages during the week of July 21–26, including balloon twisting shows, storytimes, book clubs and crafting programs across multiple library branches.
Balloon artist Steve Winger will perform interactive shows inspired by children's picture books at several branches throughout the week, while the “Read, Lunch, & Learn” initiative continues at Patterson Branch to combat summer learning loss and food insecurity for children in grades K-8.
