LUBBOCK, TX – Texas Tech Soccer head coach Tom Stone has announced the hiring of McKeely Underwood as the program’s new director of soccer operations.
Underwood, a 2025 graduate of Texas Tech, brings experience from within the athletics department, having served as a student assistant for three years in the Office of the Director of Athletics.
“We are thrilled to have someone of McKeely’s passion for Texas Tech Athletics join our women’s soccer program,” Stone said. “McKeely is sharp and a quick study on all things operations and will be a big asset for our team and our staff! Welcome to the Red Raider Soccer staff, McKeely!”
Underwood earned her Bachelor of Arts in Public Relations and Strategic Communications in May. She is a member of the Sigma Alpha Lambda Honor Society and was a recipient of the Presidential Merit Scholarship during her time as a student.
In her new role, Underwood will oversee travel logistics and assist in managing the Red Raiders’ soccer budget.
