Texas DPS Adds Child Crime Suspect to 10 Most Wanted List

AUSTIN, TX — A man wanted in connection with a child sex crime in Harris County has been added to Texas' 10 Most Wanted Criminal Illegal Immigrants list.

In a press release from the Texas Department of Public Safety, Kevin Galileo Morales Saravia, 28, is this month’s Featured Fugitive, and the reward for information leading to his arrest has been increased to $4,000 through the end of May.

Morales Saravia, originally from El Salvador, is wanted for indecency with a child by sexual contact. The warrant was issued in February 2025. He was previously arrested by U.S. Customs and Border Protection in 2014 and detained for about a month before being released.

He is described as 5 feet 7 inches tall, weighing about 125 pounds, and has known ties to Harris County, including the city of Houston, DPS says.

The increased reward is part of a state program funded by the Governor’s Public Safety Office and administered by Texas Crime Stoppers, which provides cash rewards for tips that lead to arrests.

So far this year, 27 individuals on the Most Wanted lists have been captured, including seven sex offenders and nine individuals identified as criminal illegal immigrants. More than $25,000 in rewards have been paid out in 2025.

Anyone with information on Morales Saravia’s whereabouts is encouraged to submit a tip anonymously.

Details and updates are available on the Texas DPS website.
