LUBBOCK, TX — With the annual 4th on Broadway celebration just one week away, Civic Lubbock, Inc. is helping visitors prepare for an evening of festivities at Mackenzie Park by answering frequently asked questions and sharing the schedule of key events.

Parking Options

Free parking: Corner of 19th & Canyon Lake Dr.

$5 parking: South Plains Fairgrounds (includes free shuttle to Mackenzie Park)

Premium $10 parking: Directly across from the event at Canyon Lake Dr. & Broadway
Can I Bring Alcohol?
- No. Alcohol is not permitted to be brought into the park for the 4th on Broadway event.
Can I Bring My Own Snacks or Cooler?
- Yes! Coolers with non-alcoholic beverages and snacks from home are welcome.
Will There Be Food and Drinks Available?
- Absolutely! A variety of food trucks and vendors will be on site, including Coca-Cola stands offering soda and bottled water.
Can We Bring Seating or Shade?

Can I Bring My Dog?
- Yes, dogs are welcome, but must be on a leash per city ordinance. Please clean up after your pets.
