Pavement Resurfacing to Begin at 114th St and University Ave

LUBBOCK, TX — Crews with Intermountain Slurry Seal Inc., working under contract with the City of Lubbock, will begin pavement resurfacing at the intersection of 114th Street and University Avenue on Friday, July 18.

Work will take place between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. and is expected to be completed in one day, weather permitting. The project will require temporary changes to traffic flow in the area. Signs and barricades will be placed around the construction zone to guide motorists.

Drivers are encouraged to allow extra travel time or seek alternate routes to avoid delays.
